
Chef Chua Min Song
Born and raised in Bera, Pahang, Assistant Pastry Chef Chua Min Song finds passion in the world of pastry arts where she enjoys experimenting with recipes that incorporate the best of local ingredients.
With over 10 years of extensive experience in the culinary field, Chua has worked for several prestigious hotel brands including Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur under Executive Pastry Chef Chan, who was part of the first Malaysian team that took part in the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie, and at Hilton Kuala Lumpur under Chef Paul Gardin who acted as her mentor in chocolate-making.
With her notable skills and innovative touch, Chua was invited to be part of the opening team at Element Kuala Lumpur. Now at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown, the Malaysia Institute of Baking graduate continuously equips herself with skills by going for culinary courses to explore the latest innovations in pastry arts to stay relevant in today's ever-changing food scene.
